Join our team to become a key player in the development of innovative financial solutions.

A dynamic Associate Director of Product is required to work closely with international teams in product management, technology and design. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a technical expertise around financial products, ensuring governance and principles are maintained.

This role involves working collaboratively with client success, service and sales teams to build, maintain and execute leading financial advice products both domestically and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a senior Product Owner or Manager, with 10+ years of experience in financial services/wealth management. They will also possess deep knowledge and experience in advice software and website development.

Solid leadership, time management, facilitation and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to perform feasibility analysis, review and create product documentation is crucial.

RG146 compliance is also a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market research and product fit analysis
  • Identify and drive opportunities to grow digital software capabilities
  • Proposition Strategy and management
  • Product Management including proposing, maintaining and enhancement of fintech products
  • Regulatory Reviews and maintenance
  • Technical expertise and support for client services and sales functions
