About the Role

Hospoworld Resourcing is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at one of their venues in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional food and service standards, leading a diverse team, managing inventory, and contributing to the restaurant's success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective training and coaching.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that fosters loyalty and repeat business.
