We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our Hornsby restaurant, located in the heart of Sydney.

About the Role:

  • Lead kitchen and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced QSR restaurant with a focus on exceptional customer service and quality food production.
  • Manage a team of 10+ staff members, providing coaching, training, and motivation to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering systems to meet business demands while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for team members.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and manage COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) to optimize profitability.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

About You:

  • You have prior experience as a restaurant manager in the QSR or casual dining industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • You are motivated by growth opportunities and passionate about inspiring your team to achieve excellence.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • You are proficient in managing financials, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
