Job Description

A vocational specialist is required to work with young people who are facing barriers to employment or education.

  • Manage a caseload of young people referred through local services.

  • Partner with employers to open opportunities and provide workplace support.
  • Maintain strong connections with education providers and community services.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in youth work, career development, or a related field. They will also have passion for working with young people, including an understanding of the challenges they face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical work with young people, supporting them to achieve their goals.
  • Partnerships with employers and education providers to open opportunities for young people.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reporting as required.
  • Participation in team meetings and professional development activities.
