About the Role:
A dynamic Youth Vocational Specialist is sought to empower young individuals to achieve their education and employment goals.
This pivotal position involves collaborating with a clinical team to deliver tailored work and study support for young people facing barriers to employment or education, often due to mental health challenges.
The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of young people, co-designing career profiles and employment plans, providing hands-on support with job searching, applications, and interview preparation, and fostering partnerships with local employers to unlock opportunities.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualifications and/or experience in employment services, vocational rehabilitation, youth work, career development, or a related field
- Passion for working with young people and excellent engagement skills
