Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented legal professional to join our team as part of our Dispute Resolution and Restructuring practice.

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our leading partners in Melbourne, including Alex Wolff, Peter Lucarelli, Helen Joyce, and Andrew Prowse. You will be part of our largest practice group, offering a commercially pragmatic approach to advise and represent clients in complex commercial disputes, class actions, and restructuring & insolvency.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years' PQE in commercial litigation (restructuring & insolvency experience valued);
  • relevant experience in a top-tier or leading international law firm;
  • a strong client service focus;
  • strong technical, drafting, and commercial skills;
  • business development aptitude, interest, and experience;
  • excellent analytical, written, and oral communication, and legal research skills;
  • a commitment to high standards and attention to detail;
  • an ability to develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for these relationships;
  • an ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity;
  • an ability to work well in a team environment;
  • a willingness to learn;
  • a willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences;
  • relevant legal qualifications; and a strong academic background.
