Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Commercial Litigation team in Melbourne on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role involves working directly with a Partner who is a recognised leader in Commercial Litigation and insolvency, as well as other Partners in the broader litigation team on a variety of matters involving commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on corporate reconstruction and insolvency.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience, with a genuine passion and interest in the areas of commercial litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong client service focus and a commercial approach to all dealings, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well-developed Plain English writing skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Work collaboratively with other lawyers and support staff to achieve case goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and identify new opportunities
