Sydney Maternity Leave Cover Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our team in Sydney. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of our Managing Directors, ensuring seamless calendar and travel management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an EA/PA, with a strong ability to build relationships and become a trusted teammate. You will work closely with various teams, including IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience as an EA/PA in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for planning and executing social events and special projects that bring the team together. If you are a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who is passionate about creating a supportive team culture, we encourage you to apply.
