We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive support professional to fill a maternity leave cover role in Sydney.

Job Description

This is a 12-month contract opportunity that will provide the successful candidate with a chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

  • As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing seamless calendar and travel management support to our Managing Directors.
  • You will handle time and expense reports, draft and polish correspondence, and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Your duties will also include organizing meetings of all kinds, either in person or virtually, as well as completing meals, gifts, and other tasks as required.
  • You will serve as a go-to connection for Employees, Senior Execs, and External Stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for welcoming new hires with a smooth onboarding experience.
  • You will collaborate with various teams, including IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • You will plan and execute social events and special projects that bring the team together and maintain a positive energy.
About You
  • You must have proven experience as an EA/PA, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • You should be able to build strong relationships and become a trusted teammate who everyone loves working with.
  • Strong experience working with the MS Suite, particularly Outlook, is essential. Experience with Salesforce and Concur is a bonus.
  • A self-starter attitude with a team-player spirit, always ready to roll up your sleeves and help where needed, is crucial.
  • A positive vibe, a great sense of humour, and a passion for creating a supportive team culture are highly valued.
