Boilermaker - Fabrication Supervisor

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring apprentices in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our clients. Your expertise in machining and welding will be essential in meeting our production targets.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Trade qualification as a Boilermaker/Fabricator
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
  • Experience in machining and welding
  • Experience in light fabrication and/or structural fabrication
  • Leadership skills and experience as a supervisor or willing to take on this responsibility
