You will be working alongside industry leaders on a range of projects and initiatives that help shape and connect our City. Through our tailored development program, valuable industry connections, and support from our Graduate Academy community, you will build the skills, networks, and confidence to create the career you want.
Key responsibilities include conducting initial environmental assessments, obtaining statutory approvals, and overseeing environmental aspects of construction and land rehabilitation for key City assets. You will collaborate with project managers to provide technical guidance on identifying critical environmental issues, interpreting State and Local legislation, and advising on avoidance and mitigation strategies to influence project design and ensure optimal environmental outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Relevant degree in environmental science or a related field
- Curiosity, motivation, and drive to make a difference in environmental management
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Full-time 12-month immersive graduate program
