Rental Car Return Specialist

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a key member, providing exceptional service and assisting with the rental car return process at Perth Airport.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth rental car return experience for customers by greeting them warmly and efficiently handling the check-in process.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential new damages and report them according to established guidelines.
- Accurately record vehicle details, including gas levels and kilometres, into our handheld devices as required.
Requirements
- A valid full driver's licence is mandatory for this role.
- You must be available to work a minimum of 3-4 days per week.
- We seek individuals who are collaborative, adaptable, and possess a strong customer-focused approach.
- The ability to follow procedures and adhere to industry standards is also essential.
