Car Return Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at Perth Airport. As a Car Return Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them upon arrival and assisting with the check-in of their vehicle and vehicle details.

This is an ongoing casual role with comprehensive training provided. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly manner and help expedite the rental car return process.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicles for any potential new damages and report it as per our established procedure.
  • Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometres while accurately inputting them into our handheld devices when needed.

Requirements:

  • A full and valid driver's licence.
  • A minimum availability of 3-4 days per week.
  • A customer-centric approach to work each day, prioritizing the needs of our customers.
  • The ability to follow procedures and adhere to our company standards.
