About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Nursing Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Providing medication assistance and implementing interventions as per client care plans
- Documenting client information in cloud-based software
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Performing domestic assistance tasks
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Health Services Assistance
- A current Working with Children's Check, Police Check, NDIS Worker screening check, First Aid and CPR Certificate, and evidence of flu vaccination
- Experience working within a facility and/or community environment
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
