Job Description:

We are looking for a nursing professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a Registered Nurse with Prestige InHome Care, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our dedicated carers and office staff to deliver high-quality clinical services and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their own homes
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide palliative care as needed
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Valid AHPRA registration
  • Recent clinical experience and competency in wound care and medication management
  • Previous community nursing experience is highly advantageous
  • A current driver's license, reliable vehicle, and full comprehensive insurance
  • A valid CPR Certificate (issued within the last 12 months)
  • An NDIS worker Screening Check
