Job Overview

Our nursing team is seeking quality and positive staff who have passion and experience to deliver a positive environment to our clients and participants in their daily living adventures. You will be responsible for advocating and ensuring the best quality of care is given to our clients for ongoing services across various shifts in the community while being supported by trained professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients arrive to appointments on time
  • Assist clients to achieve their activities of daily living (Personal care)
  • Deliver high-quality services in a home environment
  • Implement interventions as per their care plan
  • Document in cloud-based client software
  • Medication assist
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met
  • Domestic assistance
Requirements
  • A love for helping others
  • Qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care or Health Services Assistance
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Police Check
  • Current NDIS Worker screening check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Evidence of current flu vaccination
  • Evidence of Covid vaccinations
  • Experienced in working within facility and/or in community environment
  • Australian Citizen or have full working rights in Australia
  • Excellent communication skills
