About Us

We're seeking a motivated and commercially-minded professional to join our South Australian Aggregates team as a Key Account Manager. This is more than a sales role – it's your chance to take ownership of a key region, grow relationships with major accounts, and help deliver essential materials that shape Australia's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a structured customer contact plan aligned with targets.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships to build loyalty and secure future business.
  • Identify and pursue new business, product, and project opportunities.
  • Achieve sales volume and pricing targets within your territory.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and business standards.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven sales or account management experience, ideally in construction, building materials, or related sectors.
  • Tertiary qualifications (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a 'can-do' mindset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, and related systems.
