Conference and Events Sales Executive
Position Overview:This role is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of conference and events sales operations to drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will oversee the running of the Conference & Events Department, focusing on accurate forecasting, growing revenue, and developing strong relationships with clients.
They will contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel by identifying innovative ways to convert enquiries and work closely with the Revenue, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure a positive guest experience from enquiry to check out and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and possess a proven track record in sales and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective conference and events sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Oversight of all aspects of conference and events sales operations
- Co-ordination and organisation of events and conferences
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Contributing to the selling strategy of the hotel
- Working closely with the Revenue, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure a positive guest experience
