This leadership position plays a crucial role in demonstrating expertise to the team and delivering hands-on support to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Train and mentor new and existing team members.
  • Monitor stock levels and implement efficient stock rotation.
  • Maintain high standards of bar cleaning and WHS procedures.
  • Monitor staff working hours and trade levels, liaising with Duty Managers as needed.
  • Supervise staff performance and skill level, providing guidance for improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, maintaining a high standard at all times.
  • Provide bar service and table clearing services to guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, prioritizing security and member confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Current QLD RSA Certificate.
  • Current QLD RSG Certificate.
  • TAB Certificate and relevant experience.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a bar environment.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of bar products.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Trustworthiness and reliability, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
