Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Mentor new and existing team members to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Implement and maintain high standards of bar cleaning and WHS procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and implement efficient stock rotation practices
About You
  • Hold a current QLD RSA Certificate
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of bar products
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Requirements
  • Hold a TAB Certificate & have relevant experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a bar environment
  • Be reliable and flexible to work varied night and weekend shifts
