Head of Enterprise Risk Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Enterprise Risk to join our team at Hostplus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability and success of our organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, compliance, and leadership, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability and success of Hostplus
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact our business
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with senior executives to ensure that risk management strategies are aligned with business objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Risk team to ensure effective risk management practices are in place
- Strong background in risk management, compliance, and leadership
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Advanced technical knowledge of the Australian superannuation industry regulatory environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide clear direction and prioritization to teams
