Job Description

We are seeking a high-achieving professional to lead and deliver end-to-end development projects on Council owned and/or controlled land. This role involves significant internal and external stakeholder management, working closely with the City Projects Team, key stakeholders, and other Directors to support the development of innovative and catalytic solutions that reinforce the aspirations of Council.

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for leading feasibility studies through to project financing, delivery methodology, design, construction, and handover across a broad range of development typologies.
  • The successful candidate will present with a significant background in private sector development, sound project management experience, and the ability to apply project and contract management knowledge to meet statutory and compliance requirements as it applies to the building industry.
About You

To be successful, you will have relevant tertiary and post-graduate qualifications in property development, construction management or similar and be able to communicate clearly and persuasively with people from a broad range of backgrounds and knowledge. Experience with programs such as InDesign, Adobe Suit, AutoCAD and Sketch up is also desirable.
