Due to high demand and extensive growth trajectory, we are looking for a passionate business development manager to bring new insight and innovation. You will bring structure, direction, and a hands-on approach to manage sales and projects into the company. Reporting into the General Manager, some of the responsibilities include however are not limited to:

  • Sell NEPEAN branded products
  • Build and foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Grow the sales pipeline
  • Manage key account planning initiatives, including high level negotiations.
  • Submit tenders and proposals.
  • Represent NEPEAN at industry & trade events.
  • Be a part of a hard-working sales/ estimations team.

The Person

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role such as technical sales or account management experience within the heavy vehicle, industrial manufacturing, or mining industries.
  • Tertiary qualifications in either a trade or engineering is advantageous.
  • Possess a strong passion for engineering/ technical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and have a knack for people.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
