Job Title

A senior leader is needed to oversee and deliver end-to-end development projects on Council-owned land. This includes feasibility studies, project financing, delivery methodology, design, construction, and handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage development projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including the City Projects Team, Executive Director City Transformation, and other Directors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as property development or construction management.
  • Proven experience in private sector development, with a strong background in project management.
  • Sound knowledge of project and contract management principles.
  • Able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and knowledge levels.
  • Experience with design software, such as InDesign, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, is desirable.
