Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth and customer engagement in the pet specialty retail sector by developing and executing effective customer marketing plans.
  2. Collaborate closely with key retailers, sales leads, and the eCommerce team to drive business performance, innovation, and strengthen market leadership.
  3. Build strategic partnerships with leading Australian and New Zealand based PSR Retailers, ensuring tailored marketing initiatives that align with their business strategies.
  4. Leverage data insights to drive marketing strategy and investment decisions, introducing a stronger data-driven approach to customer marketing.
  5. Play a key role in shaping the long-term strategy for PSR, participating in strategic planning discussions and influencing future growth plans.

Skills and Qualifications:
