Main Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and customer engagement in the pet specialty retail sector by developing and executing effective customer marketing plans.
- Collaborate closely with key retailers, sales leads, and the eCommerce team to drive business performance, innovation, and strengthen market leadership.
- Build strategic partnerships with leading Australian and New Zealand based PSR Retailers, ensuring tailored marketing initiatives that align with their business strategies.
- Leverage data insights to drive marketing strategy and investment decisions, introducing a stronger data-driven approach to customer marketing.
- Play a key role in shaping the long-term strategy for PSR, participating in strategic planning discussions and influencing future growth plans.
