Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to lead our acquisition and retention-focused marketing programs.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for understanding the unique motivations of Hostplus' distinct customer segments and matching our products or services to their needs through targeted marketing campaigns and communications.

Your objective will be to increase customer stickiness with the Fund and attract new business.

You will work closely with business intelligence to leverage data analytics and insights, driving continuous marketing improvements and bringing ideas to life through integrated marketing plans and campaigns.

This role involves delivering a seamless customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
