Key Job Responsibilities

  • Tender and Contract Negotiation – Lead contract negotiations, proposal development, and bidding processes for key commercial sites. Ensure all agreements align with business targets and profitability metrics.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis – Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing structures to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Project and Opportunity Management – Oversee end-to-end project execution for newly acquired locations, ensuring seamless integration into the company's portfolio.
  • Innovative Business Solutions – Develop tailored parking solutions for various clients, incorporating technology-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Your Background and Qualifications

  • Proven Business Development Experience – Demonstrated experience in hunting, prospecting, and closing commercial deals in property, real estate, facilities management, or a related sector.
  • Property Portfolio Expertise – Hands-on experience in managing and expanding commercial property portfolios, acquisitions, leases, and tenders.
  • Sales and Negotiation Acumen – Track record of revenue generation, closing high-value deals, and securing long-term contracts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication – Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, influence decision-makers, and present compelling business cases.
  • Project and Financial Acumen – Ability to evaluate financial models, analyse market data, and develop ROI-driven proposals.
  • Autonomous and Proactive Approach – Highly motivated self-starter with a strong ability to work independently, problem-solve, and drive business outcomes.
