At Kieser Clinics, we are seeking a Physiotherapist and Business Development specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual to combine traditional physiotherapy methods with education on the benefits of strength training to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to restore strength and confidence in patients, enabling them to continue enjoying their passions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between medical partners and patients, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prospect new medical referrers, coordinate meetings and engagement opportunities, and establish direct referral pathways throughout the region.
  • Develop and implement multi-disciplinary case conferencing initiatives, focusing on evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.
  • Create and execute engagement strategies using available resources, targeting specific patient demographics and needs.
  • Plan and execute educational events (CPD and non-CPD), ensuring relevance and value to attendees.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in MedKonnect, facilitating efficient record-keeping and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with Specialist RPL teams to design innovative engagement strategies and introductions, enhancing client relationships and business growth.
