Job Title: Physiotherapist and Business Development

">Role Summary">

We are seeking a passionate clinician to join our team in a new dual role focused on driving business development and servicing medical referrals to the highest standard.

This role is dedicated to combining traditional physiotherapy methods with education on the benefits of strength training to clients, to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying their interests.

  • Act as a liaison between referring medical partners and mutual patients
  • Prospect medical referrers, coordinate meetings and engagement opportunities
  • Create direct referral pathways and triage referrals throughout regional clinics
  • Initiate and implement multi-disciplinary case conferencing (MBS & CPD)
  • Create and implement an engagement strategy utilizing available resources
  • Execute educational events (CPD and Non-CPD)
  • Document all engagement/interaction in MedKonnect
">Responsibilities as a Physiotherapist">
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists
  • Consult a diverse clientele, including musculoskeletal and sporting patient groups, with ongoing case management
  • Use objective measures, such as strength testing, to guide clinical decisions
  • Educate clients on long-term strength training benefits and use traditional physiotherapy methods for positive outcomes
  • Access state-of-the-art rehab equipment and diagnostics
  • Build and maintain relationships with external referrers

  • Proven experience in physiotherapy and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
