This role is dedicated to driving our passion for developing depth within medical partner relationships and servicing our General Practitioner (GP) and Allied Health Professional (AHP) referrals to the highest standard.
In addition, as a Physiotherapist at Kieser, you will combine traditional physiotherapy methods with education on the benefits of strength training to clients, to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most.Responsibilities IncludeMedical Partners – GP and AHPAct as a liaison between referring medical partners and mutual patientsProspecting medical referrers, coordination of meetings and engagement opportunitiesCreation of direct referral pathways and triage referrals throughout region clinicsInitiation & implementation of multi-disciplinary case conferencing (MBS & CPD)Creation & implementation of engagement strategy utilising available resourcesEducational events execution (CPD and Non-CPD)Documentation of all engagement/ interaction in MedKonnectWork alongside Specialist RPL teams to create innovative engagement strategy & introductionsPhysiotherapistCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Exercise Physiologists and Exercise ScientistsConsult a diverse clientele, including musculoskeletal and sporting patient groups, with ongoing case managementUse objective measures, such as strength testing, to guide clinical decisionsEducate clients on long-term strength training benefits and use traditional physiotherapy methods for positive outcomesAccess state-of-the-art rehab equipment and diagnosticsBuild and maintain relationships with external referrersConsistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standardsIf you are a Physiotherapist, seeking to develop their commercial acumen and facilitate leadership growth, we want to hear from you.RequiredQualifications & CertificationsAHPRA recognised Bachelor of Physiotherapy DegreeCurrent AHPRA registrationValid working rights in AustraliaActive & current Professional Indemnity InsuranceFirst Aid & CPR CertificationNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children CheckDesirable2+ years relevant work experiencePrevious private practice experiencePrevious experience in medical business developmentDemonstrated ability to create referral generating medical partner relationshipsAdditional BenefitsComplimentary access to our strength and conditioning facility + concessional fees for family membersComprehensive induction and ongoing professional developmentCareer pathways within KieserWellbeing Program1 day of Recharge Leave and a half day of Birthday LeaveAn unbeatable team culture, fun working environment and social events12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carersUp to $1500 annual PD allowanceLeadership Program for aspiring leadersDiversity & InclusionWe value inclusion and diversity and are committed to creating a safe, confident, and celebratory work environment.
