You will be responsible for identifying and building strong talent pools for current and future business needs. To achieve this, you will need to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and enhance employer branding through various channels.

Key responsibilities will include partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce needs, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is essential. A proactive and innovative approach to sourcing and hiring is also required, as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative and a strategic mindset.

A passion for developing and enforcing employer branding is crucial, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with systems such as Seek.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, ICIMS, etc. is highly desirable.
