Care Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.
The successful candidate will work in supported independent living settings and deliver high-quality care, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our customers.
This role involves providing assistance with domestic and personal tasks as well as helping customers access community services and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct support across a range of customer needs
- Assisting customers with domestic and personal care tasks
- Supporting customers to access community services and activities
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer goals
- Ability and willingness to work varied shifts, weekends, and overnight periods
- Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
- Ability to obtain relevant clearances prior to commencement
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn software programs
