  • Supporting residents during activities under close supervision is also a key responsibility.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or currently studying as a 2nd year RN student is highly preferred.
  • A genuine interest in understanding people's needs and requirements is crucial.
  • Compassionate care skills driven by a positive attitude are essential for this position.
  • Willingsness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current clearance is mandatory.
