We have exciting opportunities for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team of Disability Support Workers. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities in their daily lives.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance, as well as assisting customers to access and connect with their community.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Providing high-quality 24/7 care in supported independent living settings (SIL/Group Homes)
  • Supporting customers with daily living tasks, such as domestic chores and personal care
  • Assisting customers to participate in community activities and develop social connections
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support is provided

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
  • Proficiency in using computers and learning various software programs
