Job Title:

HSEQ Administrator


About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as an HSEQ Administrator.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Document control administration for IMS related documents.
  • Maintaining users and accurate records within the company IMS system.
  • Monitoring the shared HSEQ Inbox and calendar for scheduling of training, site visits and meetings.
  • Performing functions and duties of the HSR Committee Secretary.
  • Administering the internal TAP request process in conjunction with the Production Training Officer.
  • Maintaining and administering training and e-learning modules.
  • Providing IMS system technical administration and statistical reporting support.
  • Providing external training administrative support including training bookings and disseminating competencies into training records.
  • Participating in supported HSEQ lead indicator activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, a positive demeanour and solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to ensure excellent attention to detail and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
