Job Title:

Senior Manager/Manager

Description:

This role involves leading the core valuation team, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality valuation work and complex projects.

  • Deliver high-quality valuation services, demonstrating technical and commercial expertise to support clients with a range of valuation requirements.
  • Lead the delivery of valuation projects, including the valuation of businesses, equity, intangible assets, and specialized plant & equipment.
  • Support the Managing Directors in originating client work, taking responsibility for preparing proposals, responses to clients, and thought leadership materials.
  • Supervise and develop junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct meetings and conference calls with company management and client personnel, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
  • Manage and prioritize assigned responsibilities, consulting with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist with multiple chargeable and non-chargeable projects, including business development initiatives.
  • Develop and interrogate robust valuation approaches for various businesses and assets.
  • Possess strong report writing skills, leading the engagement team in preparing the valuation report.
  • Design and deliver complex valuation models, target analysis, and market selection.
  • Critique valuation models, data books, and other working documents prepared by team members.
