Daily Activities:
- Manage all aspects of account administration for a portfolio of commercial clients.
- Handle client servicing, sales, and administrative tasks.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactively discuss clients' risks and insurance needs.
- Address daily client inquiries, including claims management.
- Facilitate renewals, endorsements, and invoicing processes.
Qualifications for Success:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Relevant experience in a similar capacity or within the insurance/financial services sector.
- Comfort with managing an existing client portfolio.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A passion for learning and growth.
- Tier 1 Qualification in Insurance Broking.
- Basic technical knowledge of insurance (preferred).
