Administrative Support Role at MJD Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career in administration and professional services to the next level.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our National administrative support team, as well as possessing a customer service and client-facing component.
Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and arranging meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the reception and lobby is presentable and tidy
  • Coordinating and assisting with events both internal and external
  • Assisting with video call and conference call set up
  • Assisting in any ad-hoc duties and projects as required
  • General administrative duties
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' experience in a front of house/hospitality/professional services environment
  • A natural-born communicator
  • A passion for all things admin and support
