Role Overview
CU Services Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Administrator to join our Corporate M&A team in Sydney. This full-time role will provide administrative support to Partners and the wider team, requiring a driven and organized individual with excellent technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to 2x Partners and the wider team;
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing correspondence and documentation;
- Managing files, telephones, electronic diaries, and voicemail for team members;
- Organizing meetings, restaurant reservations, and travel bookings;
- General accounts, reporting, and monthly billing;
- Supporting business development activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum 12 months' experience in a legal secretarial position;
- Strong technical skills, including MS Word and document management systems;
- A proactive approach to responsibilities and a drive to improve processes;
- A flexible and highly professional approach, working around the needs of the practice and stakeholders;
- The ability to anticipate the needs of Partners;
- A professional approach that prioritizes forming effective working relationships.
