Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to support integrated, timely, and seamless care.
- Provide consultation and clinical advice on mental health and substance use issues to professionals to build capacity within the organization.
- Utilize effective communication skills to work cooperatively with adolescents, young adults, and their support networks, as well as with healthcare professionals and government agencies.
- Provide clinical leadership to contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of a contemporary and innovative treatment program for adolescents and young adults requiring specialist care.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in mental health.
