Senior Product Manager, Home Buying

As a senior manager in our home buying division, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our mortgage business operations. You will have an in-depth understanding of our customers' needs and expectations.
Main Responsibilities- Contribute to and lead product reviews, addressing regulatory requirements and governance policies
- Promote product development and prepare strategic papers and reports for key stakeholders and leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the business strategy
- Work with impacted teams to embed product changes and implement process improvements
- Develop and manage content for products within your problem space and drive innovation through digital channels
- Participate in quarterly business planning cycles and prioritize initiatives based on customer value
- Previous experience in product management, preferably in financial services or a related field
- Experience delivering multiple initiatives, projects, or change management programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills to foster collaboration and partnerships
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance regulations
- Strong planning and time management skills with competing priorities and tight deadlines
