About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to join our team at 3001 DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited. As a key member of our Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of reporting that supports our business operations and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of dashboards for client reporting, providing analysis of claims history and exploring process improvements within the team and across the business.
  • Manage and develop staff, serving as the subject matter expert across all reporting requirements within the NSW workers' compensation scheme.
  • Collaborate with the team to establish reporting specific to DXC and modify reports developed by icare.
  • Help streamline or automate processes as the business grows.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading within the NSW workers' compensation scheme.
  • Experience in case management to effectively facilitate outcomes.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including forms of treatment applicable to injuries.
  • Proven conflict resolution skills and ability to diffuse potential situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tertiary or relevant qualifications in health/social services are desirable.
  • Ability to work with different IT applications.
  • Understanding of challenges for individuals.
  • Excellent communication on both written and verbal.
  • Well-rounded customer service skills with demonstrated outcomes.
