Sales and Rentals Associate Role

As a Sales and Rentals Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers navigate the selling and renting of musical instruments and gear. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for music.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on selecting and renting musical instruments and equipment
  • Demonstrate products to customers and explain their features and benefits
  • Respond promptly to telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Efficiently fulfill customer orders and resolve any arising issues
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to store maintenance, warehouse duties, and other related tasks
Requirements:
  • Must be a skilled musician with experience playing at least one instrument
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate and educate customers on basic PA setup
  • Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends as required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and steady composure under pressure
  • Proven strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to recommend solutions confidently and assertively
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is highly valued
