Sales and Rentals Associate

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Rentals professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of musical instruments and gear, with excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers through the selling and renting of musical instruments and gear.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues and solving problems.
  • Participate in store maintenance, warehouse duties, and other related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Must be a musician who plays at least one instrument.
  • Ability to demonstrate and educate customers on basic PA setup.
  • Must be able to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Proven strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail or sales.
  • Experience with Digital Mixers, DJ equipment, and/or Lighting.
