The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a world without housing poverty by delivering high-quality tenancy and property management services. You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, including reporting, addressing complaints, adhering to compliance requirements, and maintaining accurate property and tenancy data in all required systems.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments, the Asset Management Unit, clients, and relevant support agencies. There may be times where you will be required to represent the organization at hearings.

A key focus of this role is to work sensitively with a diverse customer group, including those who are in housing crisis. To achieve this, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with various stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality tenancy and property management services
  • Perform administrative tasks, including reporting and data entry
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with clients and relevant support agencies


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people in the community. You will also need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in providing client-focused tenancy management services
  • Solid understanding of residential tenancies legislation
  • Relevant skills and experience in working with complex needs, including housing crisis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
