Job Description

Our organisation is seeking a Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of service residences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional housing and housing-related services to Defence personnel and their families.

The role requires the ability to conduct property inspections, identify occupant liability, and coordinate the preparation of properties for incoming occupants. You will also be responsible for managing and updating systems efficiently and effectively to ensure properties are returned for occupancy within set timeframes.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. This includes providing proactive advice and solutions, as well as being the first point of contact for escalated matters of a more complex nature.
