
Business Development Director

Institutional Banking and Markets is the primary division responsible for leading the Group's relationships with major corporate and government clients and institutional investors.
The Associate Director, Customer Insights will industrialize and develop IB&M's client insight and feedback capability to help integrate customer insights into every aspect of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive client insight and feedback capability to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into business decisions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders through various channels.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
