The Workforce Planning Lead will play a critical role in supporting our Workforce Planning function within Sportsbet's Customer Operations division. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Management, this position will be responsible for establishing an efficient and effective Rostering Model for multiple teams and channels across Sportsbet.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven forecasting models to predict workforce demand and optimize resource allocation.
- Design and implement a robust Rostering Model to ensure seamless scheduling and minimize labor costs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective reporting and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce-related disciplines, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Proven experience with workforce management systems and forecasting/resourcing methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
