Job Description

To drive exceptional customer experiences, we are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement and Service Evaluation professional.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team within the broader Customer Experience Department.

  • Provide strategic guidance on stakeholder and community engagement and service evaluation practices.
  • Develop comprehensive engagement and evaluation guidelines to support consistent practices across the organisation.
  • Conduct customer and service impact assessments to drive business process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as community engagement, service design and evaluation, social sciences or public policy development.

Demonstrated empathetic communication, interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills are essential for effective stakeholder management.

A strong skillset in managing complex community engagements and service evaluations projects including facilitation, negotiation, problem solving, relationship management and advocacy skills is required.

Experience leading, coaching and developing communities of practice is highly desirable.
