At Impact HR Group, we're looking for an experienced Sales / Account Manager to join our team.

About the Role

  • We're seeking a sales professional with a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • The successful candidate will leverage existing customer accounts to create new opportunities for growth and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Key responsibilities include participating in customer meetings, discussing performance updates and upcoming projects, and working closely with the team to achieve business goals.

About You

  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in account management/sales in a B2B environment, with a passion for delivering results-driven solutions that meet client needs.
  • You'll be expected to develop and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts, effectively communicate services on offer, and convert sales.
  • We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a professional approach to work, and holds intermediate computer skills with a good understanding of applications such as CRM's, Excel, Work, PowerPoint.
  • A valid Australian car license is also a requirement.

  • A competitive salary of AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
